4. The role of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) is to advise the Billings City Council, Mayor, The Yellowstone County Commissioners, Planning Board, and all departments and boards of the City and County with regard to non-motorized transportation matters (biking, walking, and rolling). 

   
   

   BPAC is conducting this survey to get input from the public on issues facing Billings and Yellowstone County residents in regard to biking and walking. BPAC will collect these survey responses for approximately 3 months and will use this list to prioritize the top issues that they wish to advocate to improve. Submitted comments will be posted to the BPAC web page every month for viewing by the public. All identifying information will be removed before posting.
