Planning and Community Services Department Customers,

As we emerge from the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Planning and Community Services is open and ready to serve you via phone, email and online, as well as walk-in customer service from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

To create an account to access City services and utilize the electronic permit and application submittal tools currently available within the Planning and Community Services, please access the Citizen Access Portal at https://services.billingsmt.gov/citizenaccess/

The Community Development Division continues to maintain its application Drop Off and Pick Up area on the 6th Floor Lobby and customers may call 247-8675 for information or assistance.

If you do visit our offices, you will find:
 Masks are optional for customers and staff in the common area
 Some services are available as appointment only – call 247-8676 for more info
 Most meetings will continue to be scheduled using phone or video conference to manage contact
