What is the Interim Planning Commission?
- The Interim Planning Commission (IPC) is an advisory body to the City Council that advises and makes recommendations about the Future Land Use Plan and Map. Due to recent changes in state law, the City of Billings and Yellowstone County are restructuring their various planning boards and commissions, and the IPC is a transitional body in that process.
