Community Event Guidelines

Billings firefighters and educators regularly participate in a variety of community events, such as school visits, truck demonstrations, educational presentations, and career fairs. Due to the large volume of requests/invitations received, availability is limited. Submission of this request form does not guarantee attendance or participation.

Emergency response is always our primary responsibility.

All requests should be received at least 30 days in advance to allow for processing, scheduling, and coordination with our station personnel.

If you are requesting a truck to visit your location, the truck will need easy accessibility for ingress and egress to the street for emergency response.

We provide educational presentations for children and adults. The lessons for children are geared toward ages four and older.

We are unable to accommodate requests to visit birthday parties, daycares and preschools.
