Smoke Alarm Request Form
If you need a smoke alarm installed in your home, click here to fill out a form. The fire department will provide you with a smoke alarm and install it in your home for free.                                                                                                                                                                                This form is exclusively for privately owned and occupied residential properties and not applicable to commercial buildings.
