The Citizen's Police Academy (CPA) is an eight-week course developed to acquaint individuals with the activities of the Billings Police Department. Classes meet on Wednesday evenings for eight consecutive weeks from 6-9 PM at the Billings Police Department Training Facility, which is located at 4810 Midland Road.
The application process for the Spring 2026 Academy is now open! The academy will start on April 8th and conclude on May 27th. Please fill out our online application if you are interested.
