The Citizen's Police Academy (CPA) is an eight-week course developed to acquaint individuals with the activities of the Billings Police Department. Classes meet on Thursday evenings for eight consecutive weeks from 6-9 PM at the Billings Police Department Training Facility, which is located at 4810 Midland Road.
