Please print, fill out the noise waiver application form and bring it to the police front desk on the 4th floor of City Hall, 316 N 26th St, Billings 59101.
Submit the form at least 10 business days prior to the event. It can take up to five business days for the form to be approved.
There is a $20 fee that will be charged when you drop off the form. Check, cash and cards are accepted.
