Overview
The Central-Terry Task Force was originally created during the mid-70s, as a way for the City of Billings to provide Community Development Block Grant funds into each neighborhood for appropriate projects. Since it's creation, this Task Force has grown to include many other types of neighborhood concerns and improvements, and consistently address issues that effect the quality of their neighborhood and surrounding community.
