The Citizen's Police Academy (CPA) is an eight-week course developed to acquaint individuals with the activities of the Billings Police Department. Classes meet on Thursday evenings for eight consecutive weeks from 6 - 9 p.m. at the Billings Police Department Training Facility, which is located at 4810 Midland Road. Sessions take place in the spring and fall.
The PD typically opens the application process in January and August.
