This Request for Qualifications is being conducted to create a list of qualified firms to perform Design Build Services for the New Empire Parking Garage Mixed Use Project. Those qualified firms selected will then be asked to respond to a Request for Proposals for a project-specific process.
Submitters may withdraw their SOQ by written request at any time prior to the due date set for receiving SOQs. The City also reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs submitted, and/or to not proceed with a Request for Proposals and/or Contract award. Award of any contract is contingent upon approval by Billings City Council. The City of Billings is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
