Analysis of the Service Provider Survey reveals the majority of service providers indicate their clients lack access to translation services, transportation, reliable internet, mental health care, and health care.
An majority of service providers believe their clients have been impacted by a decreased income. This may be related to the reported impact of a loss of employment, as 83% reported this as main impact. Additionally, a decrease in food security and housing stability appear to be serious concerns.
Analysis of the Service Provider Survey shows the reported number one greatest organizational need was Client Teleservice Access to Services. All other options are presented below in decreasing priority of organizational need:
