Notice is hereby given that the City of Billings, Montana is accepting offers to purchase up to 17,000 square feet of retail/office space located in the Empire Parking Garage, 2601 Montana Avenue, also described as Lots 1-12, Block 109 of the Original Town of Billings. The parking garage is being constructed at this time and will be available for occupancy in April 2014. Offers to purchase any or all of the retail/office spaces should be submitted to: City of Billings, Empire Garage Retail/Office Space; Attn: Bruce McCandless; 210 N. 27th Street, Billings MT 59101. Offers will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2013.

| The City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, July 22, 2013, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, located on the 2nd Floor of the Police Facility, 220 N. 27th St., Billings, MT, prior to considering offers to purchase this City property. The City intends to sell to the highest bidder but reserves the right to select the offer(s) most advantageous to the City or to not accept any offers. Additional information on this matter may be obtained from Bruce McCandless, Asst. Anyone wishing to testify on the property disposal is invited to appear at this hearing and offer their comments. Written comments may be submitted prior to the hearing.
