Elyse coordinates efforts related to active transportation including biking, walking, and rolling, and works to implement the Billings Area Bikeway and Trail Master Plan. She is staff liaison to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC), helps organize the Kids in Motion (KIM) program, and is the point of contact for the Downtown Bike Parking program.
