Supervises the Planning Division staff and oversees the daily operations of the Division. - acts as the primary Planning Division contact for questions and information on subdivisions, zoning and other planning projects in the County. - manages many special projects for the Division and works closely with planning staff to complete both short-term and long-term projects in the City and County. - also is responsible for reviewing subdivision applications, annexation requests, sign permits, zone changes, special reviews and variances.
