The Planning & Community Services Director heads four divisions: Planning, Community Development, Building and Code Enforcement. Each division strives for the common goal of providing efficient and friendly customer service. His primary responsibility is to ensure resources are available to each division to meet this goal. Additionally, he maintains direct contact with the City Administrator and the Yellowstone County Commissioners serving as an advisor for land use and development issues.
