Biography
Tom grew up in a rural area of Maryland and graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He met his wife Kim, a Billings native, at his first job after college. They returned to Billings in 2005 in order to raise their two sons close to family and to enjoy the Montana lifestyle.
As a technical project manager, Tom’s career has focused on helping companies use technology to operate more effectively. He currently provides software development services to a number of established companies and tech startups in Billings and throughout Montana.
Tom recently completed two terms on the Parks Board and served as Chair of that board for three years. He has also been a member of the Billings West Rotary Club.
