REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: NOTICE
The City of Billings is requesting proposals for the Downtown Billings Traffic Study: Alternative Prioritization and Public Preference Plan – LM01032020, for the Planning and Community Services Department, Billings, Montana. Proposals shall be received addressed to Lora Mattox, Transportation Planner, City of Billings Planning Division, 2825 3rd Avenue North, 4th Floor, Billings, MT 59101, by 4:00 PM on Friday, January 3, 2020.

The full Request for Proposals may also be found on the City’s website at http://ci.billings.mt.us/bids.aspx Proposers may withdraw their proposal either personally or by written request at any time prior to the due date set for receiving proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana.
