A public quote opening is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. (MST) on November 13, 2019, in the 6th floor conference room, 2825 3rd Avenue N, Billings, MT 59101.

Quoters may withdraw their quote either personally or by written request at any time prior to the due date set for receiving proposals. No quote may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days.
The right is reserved to reject any or all quotes received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept that quote which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana. Award of any contracts is contingent upon approval by the Billings City Administrator.
