All proposals must be submitted in person or by mail to the Public Works Department, 2251 Belknap Avenue / P.O. Box 30958, Billings, MT 59101 no later than 5:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time, Friday, July 26, 2019. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings.
