REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: NOTICE
The City of Billings is requesting proposals for PAY PARKING BY CELL PHONE SYSTEM, for the PARKING DEPARTMENT, Billings, Montana. Proposals shall be received addressed to City of Billings, TRACY SCOTT, PARKING MANAGER, 210 N. 27TH STREET, Billings, MT 59101, (P.O. Box 1178, Billings, MT 59103) until 5:00 PM (MST) on THURSDAY, JANUARY 31, 2019.

Proposers may withdraw their proposal either personally or by written request at any time prior to the due date set for receiving proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana. Award of any contracts contingent upon approval by Billings City Council. The City of Billings is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
