All proposals must be submitted to the office of the Public Works Department, Solid Waste Division, 4848 Midland Road, Billings, MT 59101, no later than 5:00 pm local time, October 26, 2017. The City may, at its option, short list the proposals and request the selected firms to make a presentation before a selection committee.
