| The successful bidder shall provide a statement and meet the City of Billings minimum insurance requirements of Commercial General liability insurance issued by a reliable company or companies for personal injury and property damage, in an amount not less than $750,000 per claim, and in an amount not less than $1.5 million per occurrence and naming the City as an additional insured. The insurance must be in a form suitable to City. The certificate will be provided to the City prior to contract execution.
