This project is to determine the most economical solution for increasing the storage capacity of Zone 3 by 3.5 million gallons by either constructing a new facility or expanding an existing facility at Chapple Reservoir. As this project will be financed utilizing State Revolving Fund (SRF) monies, consultant will be required to assist the City in the SRF application process.
