The project consists of reconstruction of tennis courts at Pioneer and Castle Rock Parks. The project shall include a new post-tension concrete surface, all new commercial grade fencing and gates, new net post and anchor system and ADA compliant sidewalk access to the tennis complexes.
The work will be completed on or before September 30, 2015.

Required deposit if $50.00 per set, which is not refundable. Requests for out-of-town delivery must be accompanied by pre-paid postage.

| There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at the office of PRPL at 390 N. 23rd Street, Billings, MT 59101 on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 2:00 PM (MDT). Interested Contractors are encouraged to attend. All bids and contracts submitted under this invitation shall comply with the Provision of Article 13-500, Billings, Montana City Code unless modified in the Contract Documents. CONTRACTOR and any of the CONTRACTOR’S subcontractors bidding on this project will be required to be registered with the Montana Department of Labor Industry (DLI) prior to award. Forms for registration are available from the Department of Labor Industry, P.O. Box 8011, 1805 Prospect, Helena, Montana 59604-8011. Information on registration can be obtained by calling 1-406-444-7734. All laborers and mechanics employed by the CONTRACTOR or subcontractors in performance of the work shall be paid wages at rates as may be required by law in Yellowstone County and by Federal and State laws. The CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Billings, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The successful BIDDER shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided to the City of Billings prior to starting work. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids, which is 2:00 PM local time on June 9, 2015. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the OWNER.
