As part of W.O. 15-10—Water Treatment Plant Chemical Building/Disinfection Improvements, the City of Billings is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Water treatment ultraviolet light disinfection equipment, for use in its 60 MGD municipal water treatment plant.

| This Request for Qualifications is being conducted to create a list of prequalified manufacturers. QUALIFIED MANUFACTURERS SHALL HAVE SUPPLIED UV DISINFECTION EQUIPMENT FOR AT LEAST ONE WATER TREATMENT PLANT WITH CAPACITY OF 50 MGD OR LARGER in addition to meeting other minimum qualifications. Those qualified firms selected for the prequalification list will then be asked to respond to an Invitation to Bid for a project-specific process. Submitters may withdraw their SOQ by written request at any time prior to the deadline for receiving SOQs. The City also reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs submitted, and/or to not proceed with an Invitation to Bid or Contract award. Award of any contract is contingent upon approval by Billings City Council. The City of Billings is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
