Miscellaneous:
The City of Billings Public Works Department and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) is soliciting proposals from qualified Consultants to provide engineering services necessary for the design, bidding, and construction administration of an alternative disinfection system for the effluent of the WWTP. Even though Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection is a likely alternative, the City would like information proposed that substantiates this type of system compared to other options.
