Reconstruct 7 Tennis Courts at Pioneer and Castle Rock Parks. The successful Consultant agrees to provide PRPL with acceptable design, engineering and contract management services to re-build a total of 7 existing standard tennis courts, 3 at Pioneer Park and 4 at Castle Rock Park. These courts will be re-built using a concrete post tension slab system. Also as part of this project, new fencing and ADA compliant sidewalk access will be installed.

| Award of this proposal is anticipated to be announced within forty-five (45) calendar days, although all offers must be completed and irrevocable for ninety (90) days following the submission date. The successful Firm shall meet all of the City of Billings insurance requirements including the minimum professional liability insurance requirements of $750,000 per claim and $1,500,000 per occurrence, naming the City of Billings as an additional insured. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana.
