Special Requirements:
Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Billings, Montana, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The bid bond will be retained by the City Clerk until the successful bidder enters into a contract with the City of Billings. If no contract is entered into, by the successful bidder, within sixty (60) days the bond will be forfeited to the City of Billings. Successful bidders may be required to furnish an approved Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
