The City of Billings, Montana, seeks proposals from qualified professionals or organizations with experience working in fair housing to prepare the City's FY2012-2016 Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI). The AI will build on similar studies conducted in 1991, 1996, 2001 and 2007 and will be undertaken in a manner compliant with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations for completion.
