| The contract documents consisting of Drawings and Project Manual may be examined or obtained at the office of HDR Engineering, Inc., 2913 Millennium Circle, Billings, MT, 59102 in accordance with Article 2.01 of Instructions to Bidders. Copies of the Contract Documents can be obtained from HDR for a non-refundable payment of $25.

| A mandatory pre-bid meeting for all bidders will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at 9:00 AM at the Public Works Department-Belknap, 2251 Belknap Avenue, Billings, MT, in the Large Conference Room of the Service Center. Representatives of the Public Works Department and HDR Engineering, Inc. will be present to describe the project and answer questions. The pre-bid meeting will have a formal sign-in process, which will become the official record of attendance. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for any contractor to submit a bid as a prime. A tour of the work area will be provided.
