The City of Billings, an Equal Opportunity Employer, requests Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) to provide engineering services including studies, design and construction administration for the Public Works Department for public improvements projects. Projects and services generally include:
- Water Distribution, Sanitary and Storm Sewer Collection
- Wastewater, Stormwater and Water Treatment
- Geotechnical Evaluations and Materials Testing
- Roads, Traffic Engineering, Multiuse Facilities, Street Lights
- Landscaping
- Survey
- Funding/Financial Studies
- Energy Evaluations
- Land Acquisition
- Landfill

The Public Works Department will evaluate all firms to determine if they meet the qualifications for each service included above. The firms will be prequalified for a period of three years from the date of qualification.
Individual project selection will be based on additional information solicited from one or more of the prequalified firms.
