Sealed bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total contract price and made to the order of City of Billings, Montana.
The successful vendor will be required to comply with all applicable FTA, ADA, EPA, DOT regulations, Federal and State Equal Employment Opportunities laws and regulations, and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS),
The City of Billings Aviation/Transit Department hereby notifies all potential bidders that it is committed to assure that any subsequent contract will utilize Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBE's) to the full extent practicable, either as a price contractor or subcontractor.
