| The contract documents consisting of Drawings and Project Manual, are available for viewing at the Office of the City Engineer, 2224 Montana Avenue, Billings, MT 59101 and at the office of HDR Engineering, Inc., 2913 Millennium Circle, Billings, MT 59102, (406) 651-6631. Copies of the Contract Documents can be obtained from HDR for a non-refundable payment of $75. In addition, the Drawings and Project Manual may also be examined at plan exchanges in Billings, Great Falls, Bozeman, Missoula, and Montana Contractors-Helena.
