| Plans and specification are available for viewing at CTA Architects Engineers, 13 N 23rd Street, Billings, MT. Copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained from CTA Architects Engineers, 13 N. 23rd Street, Billings, MT 59101. Plans and specifications will be available for a refundable deposit of $50.00.

| There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference at the City Hall, Large Meeting Room (1st Floor), 210 N. 27th St, Billings MT at 1:00 pm on March 22, 2011. Interested contractors are required to attend. A tour of the site will immediately follow the meeting.

| Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Billings, Montana, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The bid bond will be retained by the City Clerk until the successful bidder enters into a contract with the City of Billings. If no contract is entered into, by the successful bidder, within sixty (60) days the bond will be forfeited to the City of Billings. Successful bidders will be required to furnish an approved Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount for each type of bond. Insurance, as required, shall be provided by the successful bidder(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. Bidders may withdraw their bid either personally or by written request at any time prior to the time set for bid opening. No bid may be withdrawn or modified after the time set for opening, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana.
