Copies of the Contract Documents and Geotechnical Report can be obtained from the Office of the City Engineer for a non-refundable payment of $75.00. A full-size set of plans can be purchased at Selby’s Essco, 2595 Enterprise Avenue, Billings, MT 59102. Selby’s Essco will not be tracking a plan-holder’s list. Contractor will only be on official plan-holder’s list if half-sized plans and specifications are purchased. Contract Documents may also be examined at the Billings Builders Exchange, 2050 Broadwater Avenue, Suite A, Billings, Montana 59102
