Notice of Request for Qualifications
Airport Planning & Financial Consultant
The City of Billings is seeking the services of an Airport Planning Consultant that is qualified to provide a variety of financial and general advisory airport planning services on an as-needed basis with regard to the Billings Logan International Airport. The Agreement will be for a five (5) year term.

All proposals must be prepared in accordance with the guidelines and requirements set forth in this Request and submitted to the Office of the Director of Aviation and Transit at Billings Logan International Airport by no later than 5:00 p.m. MST on Friday, October 30, 2009.
