| The work includes the elevator replacement including the hoist way doors, jack cab and controller; electrical upgrades in the machine room, pit and fire alarm system; mechanical upgrades in the machine room; and miscellaneous painting, signage and graphics. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided within the Contract Documents.
