REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Billings, an Equal Opportunity Employer, requests proposals for Advertising and Marketing Program Consulting and Support Services for the Aviation and Transit Department, Billings, Montana.

All proposals must be submitted to the Office of the Director of Aviation and Transit, Billings Logan International Airport, 1901 Terminal Circle, Room 216, Billings, MT  59105, no later than 4:00 p.m., MDT, September 23, 2022.

The Aviation and Transit Department has established an overall DBE goal for the year.  Under any contract derived from this solicitation, the Aviation and Transit Department is adopting a race-neutral means of facilitating DBE participation.  The Proposer shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of this contact.  The Proposer shall carry out all applicable requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 in the award and administration of DOT assisted contracts.
