| Contract Documents and Specifications are available for viewing at the Public Works Department, Engineering Division, 2224 Montana Avenue. Copies of the contract documents and specifications may be obtained from HDR Engineering, Inc., 2913 Millennium Circle, Billings, Montana 59102, (406) 656-8100, fax (406) 651-6600. Contract documents and specifications will be available for a non-refundable payment of $75.00 for half-size drawings and specifications and $100.00 for full size drawings and specifications.

| A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for all potential bidders will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at the Public Works Department, 2224 Montana Avenue. Representatives of the Public Works Department and HDR Engineering, Inc. will be present to describe the project and answer questions. The pre-bid meeting will have a formal sign-in process, which will become the official record of attendance. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory for any contractor to submit a bid as a prime. The list of attendees will be included in the Addenda issued for the project. A tour of the project site will be conducted after the pre-bid meeting. Additional site visits are allowed but must be arranged at least 24 HRS in advance by contacting Will Robbins, City of Billings Project Manager, at (406) 657-8237. No questions will be addressed during additional site visits.
