REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: NOTICE  

    The City of Billings, Montana, is requesting proposals for a comprehensive UTILITY BILLING SYSTEM. Proposals shall be received addressed to Public Works Department, Christina Fox, Utility Business Manager, via email at or by mail delivered to Public Works Department, Christina Fox, Utility Business Manager, 2251 Belknap Avenue, Billings, MT 59101 until 5:00 PM (MST) on Friday, August 26, 2022.

    Proposers may withdraw their proposal by written request at any time prior to the due date set for receiving proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days.

    The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana. Award of any contract may be contingent upon approval by the Billings City Council.
