The full Request for Proposals may also be found on the City’s website at www.ci.billings.mt.us, by clicking on “Doing Business,” and then on “Bids.” Proposers may withdraw their proposal by written request at any time prior to the due date set for receiving proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana. Award of any contract may be contingent upon approval by Billings City Council. The City of Billings is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
