| There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at the City of Billings Service Center Conference Room, 2251 Belknap at 10:00 AM local time on May 28, 2009. Interested CONTRACTORS are encouraged to attend. Representatives of the Public Works Department and HDR Engineering, Inc. will be present to describe the project and answer questions. A site visit will be conducted after the meeting.
