| The contract documents consisting of Geotechnical Report, 11x17 Drawings, and Project Manual may be examined or obtained at the office of Morrison-Maierle, Inc., 315 N. 25th Street, Suite 102, Billings MT 59101. Required deposit is $150.00 per set, which is not refundable. Full size plans are available for purchase in addition to the contract documents for $200.00 per set.

| CONTRACTOR's and any of the CONTRACTOR's subcontractors doing work on this project will be required to obtain registration with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). Forms for registration are available from the Department of Labor and Industry, P.O. Box 8011, 1805 Prospect, Helena, Montana 59604-8011. Information on registration can be obtained by calling 1-800-556-6694. CONTRACTOR's are required to have registered with the DLI prior to bidding on this project.

| There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at the Public Works Belknap Large Conference Room, 2251 Belknap Avenue at 1:30 p.m. on April 7, 2009. Representatives of the Public Works Department will be present to describe the project and answer questions.
The mandatory pre-bid conference will have a formal sign-in process, which will become the official record of attendance for the purposes of determining eligible bidders. Attendance at this conference is mandatory for any contractor to submit a bid as a prime. Contractors who bid as a prime bidder on this project must have at least one full time, permanent employee present. No proxy representatives, such as subcontractors or consultants, meet this requirement. In the event a bidder tenders a bid but did not attend the pre-bid conference, the bid will be returned unopened.
