REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

          The City of Billings, Billings, Montana requests proposals to provide Alternative Sites or Facilities for the following public improvement:

          DOWNTOWN CITY HALL SITE(s) for CITY of BILLINGS – Phase 1

          These sites would meet requirements in the published RFP and are a part of fulfilling a longer term Master Plan process for the City of Billings, which the original approved plan is also posted.

The Request for Proposal document(s) are posted on the City of Billings website at http://ci.billings.mt.us. The documents are available or inquiries can be answered, if needed, by Kevin Iffland, Assistant City Administrator at 406-657-8478, located at 210 North 27th Street in Billings, MT, or Saree Couture, Facilities Manager, at 406-861-8100.

All proposals must be submitted to Kevin Iffland, Assistant City Administrator, no later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14th, 2019 in electronic format at ifflandk@billingmt.gov. The City may, at its option, short list the proposals and request the selected firms to provide more information or make a presentation before a selection committee or City Council.

The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the further evaluation, and to accept proposals which are in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana. No contract will be awarded for this RFP, but proposals will be evaluated to determine if any alternative site meets enough criteria to be further reviewed for comparison to other sites.
