| The successful Firm shall meet all of the City of Billings insurance requirements including the minimum professional liability insurance requirements of $750,000 per claim and $1,500,000 per occurrence, naming the City of Billings as an additional insured.

|
| Award of this proposal is anticipated to be announced within forty-five (45) calendar days, although all offers must be completed and irrevocable for ninety (90) days following the submission date.
