All proposals must be submitted to Public Works Administration, 2224 Montana Avenue, Billings, MT 59101 no later than 5:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time, Friday January 18, 2019. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings.
