The City of Billings is requesting proposals for the South Billings Aquatics & Recreation Center Concept Development Plan – SBBURD07272018, for the South Billings Boulevard Urban Renewal District, Billings, Montana. No proposal may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days. The right is reserved by the City of Billings to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana.
