Notice is hereby given that the City may sell to the highest bidder, real property commonly known as the Babcock Theatre, located at 2810 ½ 2nd Avenue North, in Billings, Montana, more accurately described as:
HISTORIC BABCOCK BUILDING (11), S03, T01 S, LOC @ LTS 7-12, FRAC LT 6 BLK 93, Unit 1a, Billings Original Townsite, in the City of Billings, Yellowstone County, Montana.
Detailed requirements on the preparation and submission of bids for the purchase of this public property may be obtained from the City’s website: http://ci.billings.mt.us/Bids.aspx. Each bid submission must state the purchase price offered and all bids are the property of the City of Billings. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the City of Billings.
This call for sealed bids does not bind the City of Billings to award a contract or to pay any costs which may be incurred for the preparation of bids submitted.
