Proposals entitled: Optimist Park Master Plan for the City of Billings, Montana, will be received addressed to the Park Planner, Department of Parks, Recreation, & Public Lands (PRPL), of Billings, Montana, at the office of PRPL, 390 North 23rd Street, Billings, Montana 59101 until close of business, 5:00 PM, Friday, March 4, 2016.

Award of this proposal is anticipated to be announced within forty-five (45) calendar days, although all offers must be completed and irrevocable for ninety (90) days following the submission date.

The successful Firm shall meet all of the City of Billings insurance requirements including the minimum professional liability insurance requirements of $750,000 per claim and $1,500,000 per occurrence, naming the City of Billings as an additional insured.

The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana.
