The City intends to sell to the highest bidder, real property that is described as Amended Plat of Billings Second Addition, Being Portions of Lots 9 Thru 12, Block 221, Vacated Right of Way of 7th Avenue South, Doc #3726048, Less State of Montana Deed, Doc #3016782 or more commonly known as 3510 7th Avenue South. Each bid submission must state the purchase price offered and all proposals are the property of the City of Billings. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to accept the proposal which is in the best interest of the City of Billings. This call for sealed bids does not bind the City of Billings to award a contract or to pay any costs which may be incurred for the preparation of bids submitted. Please mail sealed bids to City of Billings, Attn: Billie Guenther, City Clerk, 210 North 27th Street, Billings, MT 59101. The deadline for sealed bids is July 16, 2015 at 2:00pm MDT.
